Deleting photos
Where do deleted photos go?
First into Enora’s Trash, where nothing is deleted yet: tap a photo there to keep it. When you tap Delete in the Trash and confirm iOS’s dialog, the photos move to the Recently Deleted album in the Photos app (under Utilities), where you can recover them for 30 days.
Why hasn’t my storage gone down?
iOS frees the space once photos leave Recently Deleted. To free it at once, delete them from Recently Deleted too.
I use iCloud Photos. What happens on my other devices?
Deleting a photo deletes it on every device that uses the same iCloud Photos library.
Free deletions
How many photos can I delete for free?
Your first 300 deletions are free. Once they run out, you get 30 free deletions a day, starting the next day; unused ones don’t carry over. Settings and the Trash show how many you have left.
What counts as a deletion?
Only a photo deleted for real, once you confirm iOS’s dialog in the Trash. Putting photos in the Trash, keeping them, undoing and deleting in the Photos app don’t count. Reinstalling Enora doesn’t reset the count.
My Trash holds more than I can delete for free.
Delete removes, for free, the photos that went into the Trash first, as many as you have left; the rest stay in the Trash for later. Delete All deletes everything with Enora Unlimited.

What do I get?
No limit on deleting photos, and nothing else changes. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription, shared with up to five family members through Family Sharing. See the terms for details.
How do I get it back on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the Apple Account you bought it with, then tap Settings → Restore Purchase in Enora. Restoring needs an internet connection.
How does a family member get it?
Members of your Family Sharing group get Unlimited automatically. If it doesn’t show, they can tap Restore Purchase.
It says “Waiting for Approval”.
Your family organizer needs to approve the purchase (Ask to Buy). Unlimited unlocks once they do.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds; we can’t issue them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Photos access
How do I change what Enora can see?
Open Settings → Apps → Enora → Photos on your iPhone. With limited access, Enora sorts only the photos you picked; Select More Photos in Enora’s Settings adds more.
Duplicates says copies are waiting for Wi‑Fi.
Photos kept only in iCloud have to be downloaded to be compared. Enora does that only on Wi‑Fi, outside Low Data Mode, while Duplicates is open.
Why are some photos missing from Countries?
Countries uses the location saved with each photo. Photos without a location are left out.
Privacy
Enora collects no data and has no account, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Deleting Enora removes its data from your iPhone, except the free-deletion count. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete your messages. See the privacy policy.
