Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms cover the Enora app and this website, provided by Arina Prokhorenko, an individual based in Spain (“we”, “us”). Identification details are in the legal notice; contact us at [email protected]. By using Enora you agree to these terms. The privacy policy explains how Enora handles information: in short, it collects none.
The app licence
Enora is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless Apple presents a different licence for it. These terms add to that agreement and do not replace Apple’s terms for payment and billing.
Your photos
- Enora works with your photo library only with your permission, and changes it only when you ask.
- Answering Delete puts a photo in Enora’s Trash. Nothing leaves your library until you delete it from the Trash and confirm iOS’s dialog. Deleted photos then stay in Photos’ Recently Deleted album for 30 days, after which iOS erases them for good.
- If you use iCloud Photos, deleting a photo deletes it on every device that uses the same library.
- Duplicates, similar photos and countries are found by automatic analysis, which can miss photos or be wrong. Check before you delete.
- What you delete is your choice. Keep backups of photos you cannot afford to lose.
Free use
Enora is free to download and use. Everything is free except deleting photos beyond a free allowance, which Enora shows in Settings and in the Trash, together with how many free deletions you have left. A deletion counts once you confirm iOS’s dialog in the Trash. Putting photos in the Trash, keeping them and deleting them in the Photos app don’t count. The allowance is counted per device and is not reset by reinstalling Enora. We may change the free allowance in later versions of Enora.
Enora Unlimited
- What it is. Enora Unlimited is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the limit on deleting photos and changes nothing else. It is not a subscription: it does not renew, there are no further charges, and it has no expiry date.
- Buying. Unlimited is sold by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. The price, in your currency, is shown on the purchase button and again by Apple before you confirm. Prices may differ between countries and may change; a change never affects a purchase already made.
- Your devices and family. Unlimited belongs to the Apple Account that bought it. Restore it on another device with Restore Purchase in Enora’s Settings or on the purchase screen. Through Apple’s Family Sharing, up to five other members of your family group can use it at no extra cost, for as long as they stay in the group and purchases are shared.
- Ask to Buy. If a purchase needs approval from a family organizer, Unlimited unlocks once it is approved.
- Connection. Buying and restoring need an internet connection. Once unlocked, Unlimited works offline.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds under its own terms; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded or a family member loses access, the free allowance applies again, counting the photos already deleted.
Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under Apple’s terms or under consumer law.
Fair use
Don’t try to get around the free allowance or the purchase check, and don’t copy, modify or reverse engineer Enora except as the law allows.
Availability and changes
We update Enora from time to time, which can change how it looks and works. Enora relies on iOS and Apple services, which change too, so we can’t promise that it will always work without interruption or errors on every device and iOS version. Changes to Enora never take away rights the law gives you for a purchase you have made.
Country borders and names in Enora come from public map data and are used only to group your photos. They express no view on the status of any country, territory or border.
Liability
Deleting photos is your decision and needs your confirmation in iOS. We are not responsible for photos you delete with Enora, unless their loss is caused by a fault in Enora for which the law holds us liable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
Spanish law applies to these terms, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in the courts where you live. Questions and complaints about Enora go to us, not Apple; please contact us first and we will try to resolve them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Enora changes. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will communicate material changes as the law requires.
